Zamboni in the House

Zambonis are in the house at Wraps by Maxogram.

There is no end to the possibilities when it comes to a vehicle wrap.  At Wraps by Maxogram we see some pretty cool vehicles come through our doors every day,  both for our business clients and clients who want to wrap a personal item.

Recently Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge asked us to wrap something unique at least to us, a Zamboni.

This is one very important component to Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge’s overall advertising and branding campaign.  While it was fun to wrap, it was also very complex and tricky. We knew that we had to get it right the first time.  Not only do we design and create wraps every day for our clients, but our installers are both 3M and Avery certified. The importance of a quality installation job for your prized advertising platform, like Maple Ridge Jeep Chrysler’s, cannot be overstated. We take this and all aspects of our business very seriously.

Here is a perfect example of what can go wrong if a wrap isn’t installed correctly.

Protect your investment. Here are 4  questions to ask before you choose your vehicle wrap company.

1. Pro-Active Customer Service: Are they interested in understanding your needs?

This is an obvious one. It’s your money and your branding. Make sure that you are clear about what services you require and any guidelines with regards to your company logo, colours etc.. If you are asking for assistance with a design, take the time to work with the designer about your vision.  You should always be part of the creative process and only sign off on the finished product when it feels right to you. If they have done a good job of listening to your needs, then you will have both saved time by their ability to deliver the results, sooner rather than later.

2. What’s the Step-by-Step Process

Can they explain in laymens terms, the step by step process you can expect with regards to your vehicle wrap?  This is important so that your expectations are set and then met.

3.  Design Expertise

Does the company have professional in-house designers in case you require their services or or is this a part of the job that they outsource?  Is there a process and does it include creative consultation so that they fully understand your brand if that is what you wish for? With all of the components of a vehicle wrap job, it’s key to have one point of contact for each part of the process.

4. Certification

Do  they use certified 3M and Avery installers? The final phase of the vehicle wrapping process, installation, is one of  the most critical. If done improperly this can not only waste your valuable time but it can ruin the quality of the wrap and cause a shortening of the wraps’ lifespan.  No one has time for this.
